Purposes of Information Usage
Complete store authorization review and qualification verification;Provide platform services including order management, payment settlement and after-sales service;Prevent fraud and irregular behaviors and secure transactions. -
Information Sharing
Information shall only be shared under the following circumstances:Disclose necessary information to compliant authorities such as tax and regulatory departments;Share order and payment information with logistics, payment and other partners for order fulfillment. -
Information Security and Retention
Adopt encryption, access control and other measures to protect information security;Information will be retained for 1 year after the termination of your store authorization, or for a longer period as required by applicable laws. -
Your Rights
You may inquire and modify your store information via TikTok Shop backend, or contact customer service to withdraw authorization. Services will be suspended upon authorization withdrawal.

4. 信息安全与留存 采取加密、访问控制等措施保护信息安全； 信息留存至您的店铺授权终止后 1 年（或符合法律要求的更长期限）。
