Terms of Service

1. Scope of Authorization

    

   You authorize TikTok Shop to access your store information including name, product categories and operational data for order management, compliance review and service docking.Your authorized store information may be synchronized to affiliated platforms within the TikTok ecosystem such as TikTok App to enable product display and complete transaction processes.
    
2. Merchant Obligations

    

   Ensure submitted store qualifications including business licenses and brand authorizations are authentic, legal and valid.Abide by TikTok Shop rules, and refrain from selling prohibited goods, making false publicity or engaging in fraudulent acts.Take responsibilities for product quality, logistics delivery and after-sales services, and pay platform technical service fees as agreed.
    
3. Platform Rights

    

   Audit store information and product content, and suspend or terminate authorization of non-compliant stores.Adjust service rules for compliance and security purposes with a 30-day prior notice.
    
4. Amendment and Termination

    

   You may apply for authorization termination via the TikTok Shop backend.TikTok reserves the right to unilaterally terminate authorization and notify you in case of serious breach of these terms.

【服务条款】适用主体：本条款适用于您（商家）通过 TikTok Shop 完成店铺授权及使用平台服务的行为，双方为您与 TikTok（运营主体根据您所在地区确定）。 
1. 授权范围您授权 TikTok Shop： 接入您的店铺信息（名称、商品类目、运营数据等），用于订单管理、合规审核、服务对接； 同步您的店铺授权信息至 TikTok 生态关联平台（如 TikTok App），以实现商品展示、交易链路打通。
2. 商家义务 确保提供的店铺资质（营业执照、品牌授权等）真实、合法、有效； 遵守 TikTok Shop 规则，不得销售违禁商品、虚假宣传或从事欺诈行为； 承担商品质量、物流配送、售后服务等责任，按约定支付平台技术服务费。
3. 平台权利 对您的店铺信息、商品内容进行审核，有权暂停 / 终止违规店铺的授权； 基于合规、安全需要，调整服务规则并提前 30 日通知。
4. 协议变更与终止 您可通过 TikTok Shop 后台申请终止授权； 若您严重违反本条款，TikTok 有权单方终止授权并通知您。 生效时间：2025 年 12 月 10 日
